Building capacity and resilience for small NFPs in the post-COVID era
Saša Loggin moved to Canada from the former Czechoslovakia in 1991. She studied System Analysis at the Prague School of Economics. In Canada, she applied her knowledge and skills in the field of community development. She has called Terrace, BC her home since 1994.
She joined Skeena Diversity in 2000, working first as its Coordinator, and later serving as Board Chair. In 2010, she was named Executive Director, overseeing the expansion of the organization’s scope and reach through its new Welcome Centre in downtown Terrace. The centre has been serving newcomers and creating intercultural community connections ever since.
In addition to her work, she has been actively involved in many aspects of her community. Most recently she was Chair of the Terrace Downtown Improvement Association and co-founded Group 17 Terrace: Sustainable Development Goals, Chapter of BCCIC.
