BIPOC Leadership in the Not-for-Profit Sector

In this panel presentation participants will engage in a courageous discussion of not-for-profit leadership and resilience amongst Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC). Together we will reflect on the growing social unrest emanating from the unjustifiable harm and violence that colonization, systemic racism, and oppression have inflicted on multiple generations of BIPOC communities. We will reflect on the ways these systemic challenges manifest in the not-for-profit sector, and the ways in which BIPOC leadership continues to advance transformational change in the face of these challenges.
